Shipping and Returns
When placing your order, make sure the shipping address is the same as the billing address where you receive your credit card statement.
Most shipments within the USA arrive within 5 to 7 business days after ordered. Heavy orders that require a truck delivery can take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please add in the "notes & comments" at the time you check out that you would like expedited shipping. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3-day shipping. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY AND ARE NOT LEFT AT A DOORSTEP OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS.
123blacklights.com ships to the billing address on the credit card only. If billing address is a PO Box, then a physical address must be added onto the card prior to processing. If you would like your package shipped to a different address other then the billing address, then that address must be added to your credit card. 123blacklights.com ships only to a credit card verifiable address. There are no exceptions.
All products are shipped VIA UPS ground service, unless otherwise specified. We will ship to Canada via UPS Standard Canada Service when payment is made in the form of a U.S. money order or American Express ONLY.

If you are a Canadian customer, your package may be subject to duties when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ. These charges are a matter between you and your government, and you are responsible for them, as you are a citizen of your country and are importing the goods yourself. At this time, we only accept PayPal from a verified address as a form of payment from our Canadian customers.
You should also be aware that some local customs offices may charge a "handling fee" in addition to the duties. Any postage price you pay us covers the full cost of shipping the goods to you. However, if there are customs problems, there have been cases in which handling fees are assessed, and then billed onto the customer. Again, we have no control over these fees since we are a U.S. company, and the matter is between you and your government.
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH UPS INSURANCE FOR THE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT COVERING ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT TIME. All packages paid with a credit card must be shipped to the cardholder and to the cardholders billing address only, no exceptions. International orders are subject to your countries duties and taxes where available, and are not included at the time of purchase. FedEx is only used as an alternative to UPS, unless otherwise specified. MiniMax Electronics is not responsible for packages not being delivered on time after leaving the MiniMax Electronics warehouse. MiniMax Electronics is responsible for shipping the packages on time, but does not assume responsibility of delivery. United Parcel Service is used as the delivery service; therefore they are the acting delivery party.
